  • Q: Do I need to create an account?
    A: Yes, except:
    • If you already have an account
    • There may be events that you can register for without an account. You can access these by going to the login page and clicking on 'Register Without an Account'.

  • Q: Why can't I access my events or surveys?
    A: Some events and surveys are restricted to certain people. Make sure you have the correct selections in your profile for District, School, Position, and Role.

  • Q: Why is the site running so slow?
    A: A slow site is most likely due to a high volume of traffic. Wait a few minutes and try accessing the site again.

  • Q: Why does the site make my computer run slow?
    A: If you are using Internet Explorer 7, please make sure you have the latest updates from Microsoft.

  • Q: How do I report a bug or make a suggestion?
    A: Login to your account and go to the Support tab on the left. There will be a link to a Feedback form that you can then submit to us.

  • Q: Why can't I log in or retrieve my password?
